My name is Ryan and I have a wide variety of prior experiences in teaching and tutoring young people. I work full-time as a certified History/ Social Studies Teacher at a local high school in Upstate New York, where I also support students in the Writing Lab. I've taught history for 8 years at the high-school level and also two years at the college level.

My name is Ryan and I have a wide variety of prior experiences in teaching and tutoring young people. From there, I pursued a Master’s degree in European history on full scholarship at Binghamton University. Since then, I have taught high-school social studies for five years, teaching such subjects as Government/Economics, U. S. History, Current Events, and both Ancient and Modern Global History. My teaching includes extensive instruction on the development of law codes, both ancient and present. Particular emphasis is place on the emergence of American jurisprudence within the wider foundation of natural law theory and natural rights theory, both products of the European Enlightenment.
