About Claire

I have several years experience as a tutor as well as a classroom teacher. I taught students awaiting placement and then served as a mentor for those living in group homes.

I spent 12 years in the classroom with high school students with various behavioral and physical challenges.

I taught one summer in a high security prison for men aiding them with basic subjects and computer skills.

In addition, I instructed adults needing help with English, work skills, and citizenship preparation. I attended at least four ceremonies witnessing students become citizens of the United States.
