Hello, my name is Mili! I am a first-year medical student and mathematics tutor that has tutoring experience at the high school and collegiate level since 2014. I have received several awards in mathematics, including the AMAPS Certificate of Achievement in Mathematics, Regents with Honors Advanced Designation, and the Regents Advanced Designation with Mastery in Math. I am knowledgeable in a plethora of mathematical subjects. I have received: 98 on Algebra 1 Regents, 94 on Algebra 2/Trig Regents, 100 on Geometry Regents, 800 on the math section of the SAT, 800 on the SAT Math Level 2 Subject Test, and a 5 on AP Calculus BC with a 5 in the AP Calculus AB subscore.
As a recent college graduate and current medical student, I have continued taking mathematics courses. I have taken Introduction to Statistics in college and “Introduction to Biostatistics and Research Methodology in medical school; I have received an A in both classes as well. I have tutored students in Algebra I, Algebra II, Trigonometry, SAT Math, ACT Math, and the GRE. As a tutor, I have helped countless students ace their classes and become more confident in their mathematical skills. I think what makes me special as a tutor is my ability to be patient and evaluate a student's mathematical ability.
