As I have been in rock bands, played roles in school musicals, and taught guitar to preschoolers there is no doubt I can cater to each students needs. I have worked at several camps and education centers where teaching music to young scholars has always been a magical and enriching time for both myself and young scholars.
I've been playing guitar for about 10 years. I am well versed in several styles and genres of guitar playing such as classic rock, metal, blues, acoustic and electric.
There is no direct one way route in learning the guitar. Everyone is unique. People who pick up the guitar and hold a desire to learn the instrument almost always learn their way around the fretboard through different methods. I encourage all of my students to tell me precisely what it is that inspired them to pick up guitar in the first place. This truly helps me set them on the strongest and most appropriate path in building their guitar abilities.
