Hi, I'm Clare! I have been a BLS and ALS Instructor for 10+ years with Arlington County Fire Department in Virginia, and an active Firefighter and Nationally Registered Paramedic in that busy urban 911 system for 15+ years. I am passionate about EMS education and seeing my students succeed in both EMS course material and test success.

My biggest satisfaction is seeing struggling students succeed at the very difficult National Registry exam, even when they may have attempted the test multiple times. The stress of testing is very real and I am a proven expert at helping students prepare so they can go into testing feeling capable and confident. I am also an active American Heart Association CPR, ACLS and PALS Instructor with years of experience teaching and testing these subjects.

I also teach continuing education topics and create online courses and tests for large companies such as Vector Solutions. I have also created field tests and training for providers needing to pass a Medical Director competency review. I love teaching all aspects of Emergency Medicine and look forward to working with you on your EMS tutoring needs.
