I earned 3 Masters Degrees: MA in Math Education, MS in Finance and an MBA.
As a college math Professor, I have over a decade of teaching experience across 4 campuses. I have taught 11 distinct math courses. These range from algebra, trigonometry, geometry, pre-calculus, calculus, statistics, etc.
As a tutor, I tutor K-12 math, college-level math and standardized test such as the SAT and ACT, etc., I’ve helped over 200 students! My teaching methods and approaches include being very clear. I am results-driven. I scaffold information by drawing on what students already know from previous classes to build on it, organizing what is needed to memorize and what is needed for a future math topic. I organize and prioritize information. As a professional, I am determined to uphold standards of excellence and always maintain a robust and rigorous standard. I work to establish a positive student rapport. I seek to inspire my students through positive reinforcement.
