I'm Caitlin! During my undergraduate years, I struggled to pick something to major in. I realized, I really just loved to learn. So, without a career in mind, I decided to major in what I loved-- English. I had always enjoyed reading and writing. I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do with my degree, but I earned my Bachelor's in English with a business minor from Siena College. During my senior year of college, I realized my love for learning was where I sas meant to be.

I went on to earn my Master's in Education from The College of Saint Rose, in order to help the future generations share my love of learning.

I began my teaching career working at a small junior boarding school in northwestern Connecticut. After relocating, I began working at a public high school in Upstate New York. Throughout the past nine years of my teaching career, I have tutored students over their summer breaks. I have helped many students pass exams that they were trying to pass, improve their writing and reading comprehension skills, and build confidence in the classroom.

I have nine years of classroom experience, and I am currently a full-time NYS public school teacher. I specifically have extensive experience with the NYS ELA Regents exam.
