In addition to my classroom teaching, I have one-on-one tutoring experience in reading, writing, and math with K-5 students. My approach starts with finding out where your child is, then building phonics, reading comprehension, writing, and math skills step by step. I adjust the pace and materials to your child and use visuals and vocabulary building to support English language learners.
Every session is based on your child's actual classwork, current gaps, and goals. I keep them encouraging and focused, and I'm happy to communicate with parents and teachers about progress.
