Jacqueline holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and Spanish from SUNY Oneonta, an M.A. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from SUNY New Paltz, and a post-master’s certificate in Teaching Students with Disabilities from Mercy College. She is certified in Childhood Education (Grades 1–6), Students with Disabilities (Grades 1–6), and TESOL (K–12).

Currently, she works with Diversified Education as a reading specialist, ISEE tutor, and executive functioning coach, providing one-on-one tutoring in reading, writing, math, and test preparation. She uses Wilson Reading strategies to support decoding, fluency, and comprehension while coaching students in organization, time management, and study skills.

Previously, Jacqueline served as a special education teacher, implementing individualized education programs and delivering multisensory reading interventions. Known for building strong relationships, she creates a supportive environment where students feel safe to take risks, grow, and succeed academically.
