Hello! I’m Ryan, and I specialize in tutoring Chemistry and Earth Science at both the High School and College levels. I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a minor in Geology. Currently, I’m finishing my Master’s in Education and will be certified to teach Middle School Science, High School Chemistry, and High School Earth Science by May 2025.

I’ve always had a passion for science and learning, and I believe that the best teachers inspire students through both their enthusiasm for the subject and commitment to student success. I strive to embody this in my own teaching, creating a positive, engaging environment where each student can thrive. I approach tutoring with flexibility and a student-centered mindset, recognizing that each learner has a unique way of understanding complex material. This adaptability has been key in helping my students achieve success.

With over 4 years of tutoring experience across various grade levels, I’m skilled at breaking down difficult concepts in ways that make them easier to grasp. My sessions are typically one hour long, and I work with 1-2 students at a time, although I’m happy to adjust session lengths and group sizes based on your needs. As a current high school instructor, I have honed my ability to modify my teaching methods to fit the specific needs of each student.
