She even goes above and beyond in providing extra materials after the lesson, where possible, to help my son study further to the extent he wants to and has time. I chose to familiarize myself with Biochemistry a month prior to my course beginning and receive tutoring throughout the course as well. She gave me a place to go from and instructions on how to go about it when I was struggling to write anything. I found it helpful that she has experience in Molecular Biology because my paper requires an understanding of it. She actually helped me in clarifying some concepts that I already knew about and now understand better.

Maria is an absolutely fantastic tutor! She simply is the best! Maria really truly cares about her student's academic success and goes above and beyond what is asked of her. She communicates with both the student and parent. She comes to each lesson fully prepared and does not take up the valuable session time looking over and figuring out the material, she does all of that ahead of time. Maria even prepared a practice test for my son. Wow! Her knowledge of the subject and educational background are unbelievable yet at the same time she is able to break things down into simple understandable terms. On top of everything else she is just a nice, affable person with endless patience. She is the most valuable resource my son has found in his college education!
