I have a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Resource Management, another Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Labor and Employment Relations also from Rutgers University. I graduated with summa cum laude and am a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society.
