My daughter had a great first session and actually looks forward to her next session in a subject ( Spanish) that she thought she hated because she struggles so much with language development and acquisition. In one hour Gerri turned her perspective around and now we all have hope! We hope to continue with Gerri regularly! My daughter found her to be kind, interesting, personable and easy to learn from! Superb tutor/teacher and strong understanding of HS Spanish requirements
Geri worked with my 10th grade son who had fallen far behind in Spanish. No surprise... The surprise is how well and quickly Geri was able to identify his weak areas and correct them. Geri showed my son that we wasn't hopelessly behind and that boosted his confidence. She got him on track and improving significantly. The biggest thing for me was when my son, who never wants to go to a tutor, said after his first session that Geri really helped him and he enjoyed working with her. Couldn't be more satisfied with this tutor.
