I have been cooking at home, school, and work for many years, and would love to help everyone realize that truly anyone can cook. I began studying Culinary Arts at ESBOCES where I earned my 2 year Culinary Arts certificate. I am currently a sophomore in a Culinary Nutrition program, with over 500 hours of in-class cooking labwork so far, and well over 400 hours of working in multiple high-volume restaurants. Most importantly though, I have an intense passion for cooking.
I believe that through teaching others the fundamental techniques of cooking, that you can adapt those to suit whatever your heart desires. I will bring professional practices into your home to teach you that creating colorful, flavorful, and healthy dishes is easier than you may think.
