Being an educator, I learned that all students thrive when they have more individualized support. It provides a pace where kids feel free to ask their questions and where us educators are able to see their needs. As a tutor and teacher I am proud to say that I have made learning accessible to all my students by teaching in away that grasp their individual understanding.
