We wanted to have a fresh set of eyeballs on our son's common application essay. From the start, Vince was prepared, friendly, patient, and had a positive attitude. He spent a couple of hours with my son over two sessions focusing on finetuning. Vince had a knack for drawing information out of my son to add more color to the piece. Vince ensured the structure was correct and that the "So what?" of the essay was reinforced. Vince helped me craft my essay in a way that drove emotion out of my readers. I was applying to schools and I already had some idea of the message I was trying to send across. However, it was quite a challenge for me to find the correct sequence of words that showed the emotions I wanted my readers to feel. Vince took his time to draft many paragraphs and essays with me.
