Hello and welcome! As an experienced educator, I am dedicated to inspiring my students to find joy in learning and to feel confident in their abilities. Teaching is not just a profession for me—it’s a passion. I love working with children of all ages and take pride in introducing them to the importance of the mathematical world. My approach focuses on making learning fun, engaging, and accessible for every student.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from St. John’s University and have over a decade of experience teaching students in grades K-12, including those with special needs. Currently, I am a high school math teacher specializing in Algebra 1. I am proud to share that 98% of my students pass the Algebra 1 Regents exam, a testament to my dedication to helping students of all levels achieve success. Additionally, I have prepared many students for their GED exams, guiding them toward achieving their educational goals.
When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my son and daughter. Together, we love traveling, visiting family and friends, and actively participating in our community. As a tutor, my goal is to provide individualized support tailored to each student’s unique needs. I look forward to helping you or your child excel in math and discover the confidence to succeed!
