I’m Dana! I'm an artist, designer and teacher living in Brooklyn, NY. I was born and raised in Germany and have been living in the US since 2013. I lived for 3 years in Southern California where I taught German for GASA, German American School Association, to adults and children. I prepared students to take the German language diploma. Currently, I am teaching weekly classes at the German School of NYC located at the United Nations International School.
Throughout the years I have also been helping private students to improve their German.
I have been following the curriculum of the levels of proficiency of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
I have great joy teaching children and adults and I believe learning other languages means learning about other cultures.
I've also been teaching art classes throughout the years, specifically textile and drawing classes.
