English was always one of my favorite subjects growing up. I loved reading and getting lost in new worlds. I studied English in college, as well whenever I could fit it into my schedule. Senior year, I was offered a position as a writer for an indie magazine to write short stories for their monthly releases.
I love crafting engaging stories that people devour and would love to help you find that same passion.
I grew up in theatre. From studying history, to performing, to being behind the scenes, I have tried everything there is in this medium. Theatre is a chance to tap into your heart and core, and to move people. It all comes back to using language to change people. Theatre has the added benefit of using visuals to support your story - not just with sets and lights, but with how the actor moves.
With a BA in theatre and years of professional experience, I've studied all of the great acting teachers and history of this art form. I have Movement and Voice training so I can help you learn how to put your whole body into a performance. As an added bonus, because I've done this professionally, I can give you an insight into the business side if that is something you're interested in.
