I enjoy seeing my scholars learn and grow and I believe it is important for scholars to understand how mistakes grow their brain.
As a Principal and instructional coach I am proficient in the vertical coherence of the ELA Common Core standards. I have developed test taking strategies that help scholars both understands what and how they are assessed on this test.
I have taught and coached ELA with over 20 teachers in the last three years. We have continued to make growth over the last three years in our reading assessment scores. I am proficient in guided reading strategies to help scholars develop their comprehension and fluency skills.
