The feedback I have received from my former and current students is that I am very good at explaining key concepts, so that information is easily understood. My lessons are related to current-day issues, and focus on content that is needed in order to pass specific state exams. I am able to give students the tools they need to be successful readers, writers, speakers, and listeners of English, as well as providing explicit instruction that meets students where they are and helps them move to the next level of success whether that means developing good study habits, understanding the steps needed to acquire English, or simply to prepare for an exam at the high school or college levels.
