I am 33 years old; I have always worked in the social services industry and more recently education on the behavioral spectrum, all incorporating teaching methods and strategies. Educationally, I graduated with honors from all schools attended: High School- Midwood H.S. with Medical Science Regents Endorsed Diploma; Pace University with a BA in Psychology; and two graduate degrees: an MA in Organizational Management & an MS in Criminal Justice (Behavior Analysis Specialization). I currently consult as a Behavior Specialist with the Office of People with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities & Nassau BOCES (school districts servicing students on the Autism spectrum). Happy with Dedra

Dedra was very nice and pleasant to speak with. She knew what she was doing and knew how to handle my son. She works within the education system so she knows how to handle and teach kids that need the extra help. She managed to keep my son focused and teach him in a way he understands. She was firm, but not nasty and was able to redirect without yelling or getting annoyed. So far so good!
