Who I Work With:
-Kids & Complete Beginners: Mastering the fundamentals from scratch (rules, piece values, board vision, essential checkmates, and sound opening principles).
-Intermediate Players (Under 1400): Eliminating tactical blunders, calculating 2–3 moves ahead, developing middle-game plans, and understanding key endgames.
-Adult Hobbyists: Looking for a rewarding, engaging, and low-stress intellectual hobby.
My Teaching Approach:
-Patience & Encouragement: There are no "silly mistakes" in my lessons. Every missed tactic is simply a valuable learning opportunity.
-Interactive & Visual: We use interactive digital chess boards (via Zoom) to analyze your real games, spot patterns, and solve targeted puzzles together.
-Bilingual Instruction: Lessons can be conducted in English or Russian.
