I’m a bilingual tutor who enjoys helping students feel more confident in English, Spanish, and math. I earned a B.A. in Government with a secondary in Economics from Harvard University and completed the Reforge Growth Foundations course. Tutoring is something I do alongside my full-time work, so sessions are practical, encouraging, and focused on immediate needs.

I’m especially interested in working with high schoolers on college admissions, writing, math, and SAT/ACT preparation. We’ll start with a brief, low-pressure check of strengths and gaps, then build a plan for clear progress—structuring essays, reviewing core math concepts, and practicing test strategies with just enough repetition to make them stick. For adults, I offer Spanish tutoring centered on real-world communication: conversational practice, targeted grammar and vocabulary, and short reading and writing that help speaking feel natural.

My approach blends short explanations with guided practice and spaced review so ideas stick. In math, we slow down and unpack problems step by step, look for patterns, and build reasoning that reduces common mistakes. In writing, we focus on clarity, structure, and revision habits—moving from outline to polished draft. I track progress simply—accuracy, time-to-solve, and how well you can explain your thinking—and adjust the plan as you improve.

Students tell me I’m patient and organized; families appreciate that I set expectations and share brief summaries after sessions. Whether we’re strengthening math fundamentals, preparing for the SAT/ACT, refining personal statements, or practicing Spanish conversation, my goal is to make each lesson relaxed, useful, and confidence-building.
