I am a New York–based theater actor with over 20 years of experience working in experimental and downtown theater. My background includes extensive scene and monologue work, text analysis, and performance development in rehearsal and one-on-one settings.
I work with teens and adults, including beginners, returning actors, and non-actors who want to build confidence and clarity when speaking or performing. My sessions focus on practical, moment-to-moment tools: understanding text, making clear choices, staying grounded, and communicating honestly and effectively. I tailor each session to the student’s goals and experience level.
My teaching style is calm, supportive, and structured. Rather than teaching formulas, I help students develop awareness, specificity, and presence they can apply immediately. Whether preparing a scene, monologue, or working on confidence and communication, I aim to help students feel more capable and at ease in their work.
