In my roles as a paraprofessional and teacher assistant, I have gained valuable experience supporting diverse learners with varying academic needs and learning styles. These positions have allowed me to work closely with classroom teachers to deliver targeted instruction, implement individualized learning plans, and provide one-on-one or small-group support. I use a patient, nurturing approach to help students grasp new concepts and develop strong study habits.
By combining structure with creativity, I strive to make each session engaging and purposeful. My goal as a tutor is to inspire confidence, encourage persistence, and help every child realize their full potential in a positive and supportive environment.
