Hello, I’m Zenab, and I'm passionate about making science accessible and engaging. As a Biomedical Science graduate student and microbiology researcher at the Icahn School of Medicine, I'm immersed in cutting-edge scientific discovery, giving me a unique perspective for tutoring biology, microbiology, cell biology, organic chemistry, biochemistry, and more. My research directly informs my teaching, bringing real-world examples and a deep understanding of scientific principles to our sessions.

My experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant in Psychology and a year tutoring biology. This has honed my ability to present information clearly and dynamically, encouraging active learning through discussion and student-driven questions. I foster a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I go beyond simply explaining concepts, striving to cultivate a deep understanding and genuine enthusiasm for science. I believe every student can succeed with the right support and a personalized learning plan. I excel at breaking down complex topics, adapting my teaching style to each student's unique needs. This includes comprehensive support for exam preparation, homework help, and targeted review.

I also have a bachelors in psychology. This background gives me insight into the holistic needs of students. I offer guidance not only on academic content but also on developing effective study habits, managing stress, and staying motivated. I recognize that learning is personal and I'm committed to helping each student overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Whether you're struggling with a specific concept, aiming to improve your study plan, or simply seeking to deepen your understanding of science, I'm here to support you. I'm confident that together, we can build a strong foundation of scientific knowledge, ignite your curiosity, and empower you to achieve academic success.
