I have 10+ years teaching experience at NYC's top high schools, including Hunter High School, Brooklyn Tech, and Stuyvesant, and at the college level. I hold a BA from Brown University, magna cum laude, and MA from Hunter College, both in Mathematics, and have industry experience in hedge funds prior to teaching. Over 90% of my Calculus students earn a perfect score on the BC exam, and 100% earn a 4 or better. I grade AP Exams for the College Board, which makes me uniquely positioned to help students optimize their score by earning every point possible. I also work as a teacher mentor and lead Calculus teaching workshops for teachers around New York City. I am a former question writer for the Hunter High School Admissions Test.

I am a NYS certified teacher and have taught grades 7-12, as well as undergraduate and graduate students. I am also a Math for American Master Teacher, New York State Master Teacher, and hold a NYC Department of Education Peer Collaborative Teacher qualification. My approach blends deep mathematical understanding with clear, structured instruction that builds confidence and mastery at every level. I focus on cultivating strong problem-solving skills and a genuine appreciation for mathematics.

I am a native New Yorker and have worked with students around the world, including in Spain and South Korea. I have taught over 2,000 students and coached nearly all of them to success. I am extremely personable and flexible; I adjust my style and pace to match each individual student's learning style.
