From literary analysis to persuasive essays to creative storytelling, I help students strengthen every aspect of their English & Writing skills. Recognized for excellence in writing since childhood, published in literary magazines, and earning honors for my undergraduate thesis, I help students write with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
With a 35 on the ACT (34 on my first attempt), I provide students with proven strategies for English, Reading, and Writing success. My focus is not only boosting scores but building long-term skills for college and beyond.
As a trained singer and actor with 17 years of vocal study and 13 years of stage and film experience—including Barnard Theatre and a film on Amazon Prime—I coach students in performance, vocal technique, and scene study. I draw from classical and modern methods to help performers gain confidence and artistry.
Beyond my core specialties, my liberal arts education and teaching background allow me to tutor a wide range of subjects, including Theatre, Film & Media Studies, Final Cut/filmmaking, Biology, Earth Sciences, and more.
