I work with creative minds — from elementary schoolers to college students — who feel scattered, burnt out, or misunderstood. My students are often bright, curious, and capable, but struggle to stay organized or motivated in systems that don’t quite fit how their brains work. I work with creative minds — from elementary schoolers to college students — who feel scattered, burnt out, or misunderstood. My students are often bright, curious, and capable, but struggle to stay organized or motivated in systems that don’t quite fit how their brains work. Together, we find balance between structure and flow, helping them reignite motivation and turn inspiration into consistent, sustainable progress.
My own journey mirrors the work I do now. I cruised through school easily until burnout hit hard. In college, I decided to rebuild from the inside out — not just my grades, but my relationship with learning itself. I immersed myself in psychology and neuroscience, developed strategies that worked for my creative mind, and maintained a 3.7+ GPA in rigorous courses. Over time, I began mentoring others — leading more than forty one-on-one sessions and workshops focused on study skills, mindset, and emotional insight.
In our sessions, I blend evidence-based tools with compassion and lived experience. My approach is part coach, part mentor, part therapist — helping students discover what motivates them and create systems that honor who they are, not who they “should” be. Whether it’s executive functioning, burnout recovery, or rebuilding confidence, my goal is the same: to help creative learners thrive, stay authentic, and rediscover the joy of learning.
