With a masters degree in Education and 10+ years of Algebra high school teaching experience, I am well-equipped to help students successfully pass their math class. I specialize in Algebra I regents prep/readiness. In addition to currently teaching algebra during school hours I also spend 10+ hours weekly after school and Saturdays helping students prepare for SATS, Algebra 2 Regents, CLEPs and college entry exams. I believe in creating a personalized tutoring session that focus on addressing your challenges and learning goals. Tutoring sessions with me tie in real life experiences in social media, high school environments, shopping at the store, graphic organizers, prompts, models, etc.
