My specialty is breaking down questions that may seem complex at first glance and making them accessible to everyone. I aim to impart understanding more than anything; I take a patient approach with my students and go through any given problem methodically. Whether you are already interested in math and want to level up, or haven't taken a math course in ten years and need to study for the GRE, or simply need to boost your test scores in all areas for your college applications, I am here to help you.

I have taught all levels of math, test prep, and writing one-on-one since 2016. In that time, my students have ranged in age from sixth graders to mid-career professionals. They have often comprised NYU undergrads who need to knock out their math requirements, professionals looking to get their MBA but who need a refresher on math for the GRE, and high schoolers preparing for their ACT / SAT / math classes / math contests / college applications.

I got my Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Brown in 2015. I live in Brooklyn and will tutor either online or in-person within NYC. Relevant scores: 35 ACT, 2280 SAT (out of 2400; 800 R / 770 M / 710 W), 340 GRE (perfect). AP 5s: AB/BC Calculus, Statistics, English Language, English Literature, US History, Chemistry. I also qualified for the USA Mathematical Olympiad in 2010.
