I am very fond of working with students and find the experience of seeing a student grow to be very rewarding. In my tutoring, I aim to have the student understand the material and to develop as a learner and thinker. I enjoy working through problems with the student and helping them make sense of the material in a way that works for their learning style. I feel strongly about building confidence in students and forming a relationship with them that encourages them to be curious and explore their interests. I believe everyone can understand chemistry and through creative problem-solving, using good metaphors, and good imagery the world of atoms will come to life!
