In undergrad, I received a BS in biology and a secondary science teaching degree. I then enjoyed teaching classroom HS biology and chemistry as well as grades 7-8 math and science for 5 years. To add to that I taught 1 year in the biology labs at the college level. I excelled at teaching students but still wanted to be a pediatrician.

I graduated in the top 3% of my medical school class, with a DO degree, and completed a 3 year pediatric residency. I am currently a board certified pediatrician. Having practiced many years mainly in my own solo practice, I continued teaching my patients and their parents from a health perspective.
I am excited to work with students in their homework, study habits and/or explaining their classroom lessons.
