I built and led marketing departments at MasterCard, JPMorgan Chase, and CIBC Oppenheimer. During this time, I have reviewed thousands of resumes and interviewed many candidates for various roles. I have mentored many up-and-coming young marketers, copywriters, and graphic designers. Today, I also coach business professionals at all levels.

I began my career at Earle Palmer Brown, a Washington area advertising titan at the time, and later co-founded a boutique agency. I earned a BS in Business with a focus on marketing from the University of Maryland--College Park. I also completed an Advanced Digital Marketing Strategies diploma program at NYU.

I do advocacy work with the American Heart Association, American Lung Association, and Parents Against Vaping (PAVe), which entails meeting with local, state, and federal legislators and journalists.

Very supportive and provided great interview techniques advice

Lori worked with my college-age daughter to prep for an online interview. Ahead of the interview Lori asked for her resume, cover letter and job description so she understood the position and my daughter's qualifications. Lori's advice about not memorizing answers to interview questions but pick three main points you want to get across helped my daughter rework her approach to interview questions, so she doesn't come across as stilted or rehearsed. My daughter was very comfortable speaking with Lori and said Lori was very supportive which made her feel more confident and prepared. Lori also provided a written report after the session summarizing key points they discussed during the session. Highly recommend Lori and will work with again.
