Homeschool parent / math tutor for the young ones (prek-3rd)

Hi my name is Jasmine, I am a Homeschool parent to Elementary and Middle school age children. I been in this field ever since the pandemic started and schools were shut down, back in 2019. I enjoy being home with my children, being able to teach my way and what I feel is right for them to learn. We all see the news and hear what our system is teaching our babies so let's keep it positive and not confuse the children. Also, homeschooling is good to see the ups and downs of their learning, help me, to better understand them and their needs.
Before parenthood, I attend Bronx Community College but never finish, hoping one day, I can go back, to finish what I started. Between school and family, I tutored other children back in the days just love working and being around them. Making them smile is my main focus without a smile than they not learning.

I enjoy doing math. Math is not boring. There is many ways to learn if taught right. I learn math as I teach as well. Learning together makes it fun and I won't stop until the child fully understand. Give me that thumbs up when to move on.
I been a Homeschool parent for 3 years now. Is it hard at times? Yes. But life is hard and we have to work around it to succeed. What I want, is to see children try, and do their best to succeed. I teach the regular subjects ELA, Math, History and Science with the help of homeschool services and resources I'm not going to lie but I get the point across where they know it by the ending of the session.
As a result, of my teaching abilities, I know it is not much but I promise you, I would understand your situation and do my best to make you see progress in education. I am here to build a fun and easy way to learning. Together we will both succeed. All smiles and be blessed.
