I have performed with great jazz, rock, and classical musicians. I played with my own bands in Portugal, The Kennedy Center and jazz clubs in New York City.

I have an music teaching credential from California State University at Northridge. I have taught at the middle school jazz program at Jazz at Lincoln Center for 11 years and I have spent the last year teaching at Riverdale Country School in the Bronx.
I design lessons for each student depending on the level. We can work on techniques to get you playing the music you love. I love teaching basic theory, sight reading, jazz theory, solo techniques and composing great bass lines!
