I have more than 20 years of research experience in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (15 years in the United States). I have accumulated much experience and excellent experimental skills in gene cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, qPCR, cell culture, ELISA, western blotting, protein purification from E. coli and mammalian cells, siRNA and shRNA knockdown in human and mouse cells, CRISPY/Cas9-gene knockout in human and mouse cells and PBMC isolation from human whole blood et al. These experience make me understand the biochemical concepts and principles more accurately. In the meantime, I can also provide effective help for entry level researcher.
