I am a current medical student who graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Biology and a minor in Medical Sciences. I scored in the 100th percentile on the MCAT, receiving a 524 (132/128/132/132). I am a current medical student who graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Biology and a minor in Medical Sciences. I scored in the 100th percentile on the MCAT, receiving a 524 (132/128/132/132). I specifically focus on tutoring in Biology/Biochemistry, Chemistry/Physics, and Psychology/Sociology, but can also work on CARS in addition if needed! During my time in undergrad, I spent a year as a teaching assistant in an advanced genetics course, where I worked directly with students to explain challenging science concepts and help them work through material they were struggling with. I really enjoy finding ways to make complicated topics feel more approachable. For MCAT tutoring, I focus on helping each individual student build a sustainable and consistent study schedule that works for them, emphasizing a mix of content review, passage strategy, and practice questions. I tailor sessions to what each student needs, and my goal is to make studying more manageable while helping you understand how to approach the MCAT more efficiently and confidently. In addition, if you are currently preparing your application for medical school, I also offer sessions to work on writing/editing primary application materials, personal statements, and secondaries.
