I have a Computer Science degree from Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and more than nineteen years of experience as a school teacher, where I taught computer skills and Microsoft Office programs to students in elementary and middle school. I am also a certified International Computer Driving License (ICDL) teacher, which has allowed me to guide students with a solid foundation in essential computer skills. Teaching has always been a joy for me, and I loved seeing students gain confidence as they discovered how to use technology in ways that supported their learning and creativity.
Alongside my classroom work, I also tutored students one-on-one. These sessions gave me the chance to focus on each learner’s unique needs, explain concepts step by step, and make sure they felt comfortable as they practiced new skills. Many of my students appreciated the personal guidance and the simple, practical examples that made computer learning less overwhelming and more enjoyable.
I have also volunteered with adults who wanted to improve their computer knowledge, whether for their jobs or for everyday use. I enjoy creating a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere where learners of any age feel free to ask questions and move at their own pace. My goal is always to make technology approachable, useful, and even fun, so that every student or adult beginner can walk away feeling confident using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in real life.
