As a professional teaching artist with an MFA in Digital and Interdisciplinary Arts Practice from City College of New York and a BFA in Image and Graphic Design, I bring both advanced technical expertise and creative teaching approaches to my students. My journey in education spans from K-12 classrooms to college-level instruction, giving me the versatility to adapt my teaching methods to learners of all ages and skill levels.

Currently serving as a Multimedia and Visual Arts teacher for grades 6-8 in the New York Department of Education, I specialize in digital arts, illustration, and multimedia design. My experience includes teaching Digital Imaging at Bronx Community College and Illustration courses at The City College of New York, where I've developed engaging curriculum that bridges traditional and digital art techniques. Working at the Bronx River Art Center with teens and middle school students has honed my ability to make complex digital concepts accessible and exciting for younger learners. I particularly enjoy teaching digital animation, 3D design, and graphic design fundamentals.

My teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive and supportive environment where students can explore their creativity while building technical skills. As a bilingual educator fluent in English and Spanish, I've successfully worked with diverse student populations in both one-on-one and group settings. Whether helping students master Adobe Creative Suite, develop their illustration skills, or explore digital animation, I focus on building confidence alongside competence.
