I am a recent graduate from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Neuroscience and Biochemistry. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, also awarded College Scholar and Program of Neuroscience High Honors. Interested in medical school, I followed a pre-medical track in addition to my liberal arts journey, providing a deep understanding of the STEM field in disciplines such as biology, physics, chemistry, and psychology. I also have experience running statistical analyses and working through research problems using SPSS and line coding. In each of these involvements, I frequently found myself working with my peers to teach and elevate their learning as well.

Over my undergraduate career, I specialized as a tutor in both Behavioral Neuroscience and Biochemistry of Macromolecules. In these roles, I led weekly group mentoring sessions for second-, third-, and fourth-year college students to review course material and work through lecture-specific challenge questions, as well as led 2-hour weekly drop-in sessions to clarify course concepts and work with students through assigned problem sets. I incorporated 1-on-1 and group-oriented teaching during this time. I have also worked as a tutor for Grades 6-7 math, helping students better learn real-life and mathematical problems posed with rational numbers in any form.

With a little over two years of tutoring experience, I am confident teaching students from elementary school to college levels. I aim to develop individualized lesson plans to make each session enjoyable, informative, and efficient for anyone interested in my help as a tutor.
