I consider myself equal parts artist and techie! :)

On the tech side I started my career as a computer programmer and systems analyst, then moved into software training. I taught on site to groups of adults in the MS Office suite of products. I was also certified as an Avid software trainer going to newsrooms across the country to teach the producers how to produce their show.

I was also certified as an Avid software trainer going to newsrooms across the country to teach the producers how to produce their show.

I later got into website development designing websites in Wordpress, Squarespace & Shopify. I've also taught people how to design their own websites as well as using social media marketing using Instagram and Facebook and general business marketing.

On the creative side I've been a professional photographer for over 13 years specializing in portrait, event and fine art floral and nature photography. I use Photoshop on a daily basis for my editing. It's my passion to share my love of photography to both kids and adults. I've done this through private 1:1 sessions, group settings in after school classes and workshops as well summer camp. I created a 1 week photography camp for kids that ran for 7 summers. That was really fun!

I've also taught various forms of art, crafts and cooking to both children and adults.

Now most of my teaching is done online through zoom and the courses I've created. I love to learn and teach!

I'm a foodie specializing in easy home cooked family meals. I've taught cooking classes to groups of kids in summer camp programs and have been blogging about recipes for many years. My friends have hired me to cook for their families as well! I cook for my family almost every night and highly believe in the benefits of family dinners. I have a daughter that decided to go vegan 6 years ago so I have experience in vegan dishes as well. I love to cook and share my passion of food with everyone!

I've been self employed for many years having multiple creative businesses. I was the original owner of the domain name basket.com where I ran my corporate gift basket business. My business was featured in the book Shopping On The Internet & Beyond. After I closed that business I started a professional photography business doing personal brand and event photography for entrepreneurs. I also have a fine art photography side to my business where I sell prints of my work. I've been involved in all of the marketing, web site and social media tasks and coach other creatives with their businesses.

Masterful Guidance with Unbeatable Enthusiasm!!!

Before taking a lesson on Canva from Stacey, I was absolutely clueless about Canva and have limited computer skills. This could have easily been an accident looking for a location, but Stacey's patience and guidance immediately put me at ease. Her ability to make things into understandable chunks is something I found beneficial. I am pleasantly surprised at how much I learned in just 2 sessions. Stacey has a way of making complicated concepts feel like child's play. I still have a lot to learn on Canva but I am confident that under Stacey's mentorship, that journey will be an enjoyable one. To sum it up, Stacey's service is five-star worthy. Thank you, Stacey, for an outstanding experience and looking forward to our next lesson!!!
