I am currently a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Tennessee, where I am developing a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and problem-solving. Throughout high school, I completed rigorous coursework including AP Calculus AB, AP Biology, and college-level physics and English classes, graduating with an Advanced Regents Diploma and high honors. These experiences have given me both the content knowledge and discipline needed to help students succeed in challenging subjects.
I have prior tutoring experience working with middle school students, primarily in math subjects such as Pre-Algebra and Algebra. I provided one-on-one support and learned how to adapt my teaching style based on each student’s needs and learning pace. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps and encouraging students to actively engage with the material rather than just memorize it. My goal is always to build confidence so students feel comfortable solving problems independently.
