Hi, I'm Christopher! I am currently completing a concurrent BA/MA in Physics and Mechanical Engineering at Harvard University with a 4.0 GPA, and I'll soon be starting my Physics PhD at MIT. While I love research, I'm also very passionate about making complex, intimidating STEM subjects accessible and intuitive for others.

I have extensive experience teaching and mentoring students at both the high school and university levels. At Harvard, I've served as a Course Assistant for rigorous classes including Linear Algebra, Laboratory Electronics, and Mechanical Systems. In these roles, I've led office hours, guided lab sections, and helped students confidently navigate difficult assignments. I've also worked directly with high school students as a Harvard Summer School Proctor, supporting their academic and personal success over the summer semester. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, I know how to adapt my approach to fit different learning styles, age groups, and academic backgrounds.

My tutoring philosophy centers on building a strong foundational understanding rather than relying on rote memorization. I like to break down difficult problems into manageable pieces and connect abstract math to real-world physical intuition. Because my background spans physics, engineering, astronomy, electronics, and more, I can help students see the big picture and make exciting connections across fields. Whether you are a high schooler preparing for AP exams or a college student looking to master university-level physics and math, I'm here to help. Approved Subjects

Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

I am an engineering BA/MA student at Harvard University with a 4.0 GPA, and I have served as a Course Assistant for the university's Laboratory Electronics class. My practical electrical design experience includes leading the integration of novel CubeSat systems as Chief Engineer of the Harvard Satellite Team and developing specialized trigger hardware for the IceCube Neutrino Observatory. Through this research, I have built extensive hands-on expertise in PCB design and assembly, as well as programming with hardware description languages like Verilog and VHDL. I leverage this practical, project-based background to help students master both theoretical electrical analysis and real-world electrical engineering principles.
Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

I am a concurrent BA/MA student in Mechanical Engineering and Physics at Harvard University with a 4.0 GPA. At Harvard, I have served as a Course Assistant for the Mechanical Systems class, where I hosted office hours and guided students through challenging coursework. I also apply my engineering background practically as the Chief Engineer of the Harvard Satellite Team, which just launched its first satellite to space in 2026! I use these hands-on experiences to help students build practical engineering intuition.
Quantum Physics

Quantum Physics

I am a concurrent Physics BA/MA student at Harvard University with a 4.0 GPA, and I have achieved 'A' grades across both undergraduate and rigorous graduate-level quantum physics courses. My academic background includes coursework such as Advanced Quantum Mechanics I and II, Quantum and Classical Electromagnetic Interaction with Matter, and more. Beyond textbook theory, I have practical experience in quantum research, including designing and aligning optical systems for a dual-species, neutral atom array experiment at Harvard. I use this deep theoretical and experimental background to help students break down complex quantum concepts into clear, intuitive, and manageable pieces.
