Outstanding tutor for AP Spanish Literature and Culture Exam
My son, halfway through the school year, realized that his curriculum was several months behind on covering material for AP Spanish literature. From the moment we talked to Alison, it was clear that she was experienced, knew how to work with hardworking students, and would be able to get my son up to speed so that he would perform well on the exam. She is patient and flexible, and she has thorough knowledge of both the content of the stories and poems covered in the class, but also provides valuable insights that a typical AP Spanish Literature teacher may not have. This was evident by my son's ability to participate significantly more during his classes, and if it were not for Alison, he would be struggling in the course. Her experience with the exam makes me confident to say that if you want your child to do well on the AP Spanish Literature exam, she's your best bet.

Very helpful for AP Spanish
Ms. Alison was immensely helpful in helping me prepare for my AP Spanish Language and Culture exam. As a non-native Spanish student, I felt empathized with, rather than sympathized with, due to her bilingualism. Likewise, Ms. Alison's experience as a former AP exam grader allowed me a rare and invaluable insight on how I was doing, and more importantly, what I needed to work on. Most notably, I was able to practice the informal speaking portions of the test that I had almost no opportunity to in school. The best Spanish tutor
If you are looking for great Spanish tutor Alison is the one for you! Alison worked with my son that is in the 10 grade for several months. My son was failing Spanish and after a month of working with Alison his Spanish teacher at school called and asked what were we doing differently because she noticed a tremendous change in his scores .My son went from 55 's to 85's. He was more confident and eager to learn and complete his work.When I asked my son what he likes about Alison he said "she is kind , very patient and she doesn't give up on me even when I get the answer wrong she still encourages me ".We have stopped lessons since it's the summer but as soon as September rolls around they will continue their weekly lessons.
