I am very passionate about music and have over 25+ years piano experience, working as a professional pianist in a number of settings. In addition, I teach many students children and adults how to become fantastic pianists. My piano education was a fun yet disciplined environment. With a background in classical, popular, jazz, Broadway and more, my teaching repertoire is a vast one which give students a well rounded piano education!

They say that when you study music the mathematical and language side of the brain will be enhanced. This is so with me, as I also love math and Spanish. Teaching it is so much fun, I offer great methods for students to use to understand both subjects, so they will not struggle anymore. In math I use a step by step method that once it is discovered and understood by the student he or she will never fail! Algebra 1 can be a tricky subject for students from pre-teens to adults in college. I have a special step by step method which will take a struggling math student and turn them into a successful math student! I will work one-on-one with your child to see where the missing links are, from equations to variables to functions, graphs, and more so they are well prepared to excel in school.

Students often find they have a difficult time transitioning into Algebra 2. Often the teaching methods might not be touching on exactly what each student needs to succeed. I use my own special step by step method to guide students through difficult polynomial, quadratic equation, and function problems so they finally feel confident with their math class.

I began piano lessons when I was only four and continued with them for many years. I am classically trained and with that foundation was able to expand into many other genres of music including jazz, pop, broadway, standards, and more. Today, I am still performing at private functions and love teaching students children and adults how to play the piano. It is such a huge passion of mine.

It is a proven fact that those who study music from a young age tend to excel in Spanish. This is true for me. With that and my love of teaching, I’ve taken students who dislike Spanish and are doing poorly in the class, transforming them into successful students in the subject. I've also worked with students who needed a little extra to stay at the top of their classes. After speaking with the student and their parents, I am able to see where the disconnect is for them in the subject and then build a custom plan so they are ready to ace their tests. We work on everything from articles, nouns, adjectives, verbs, conjugations, and conversational Spanish to name a few.

I have been involved with web design for over 10 years. I design websites for small businesses and entertainers/individuals. I am also quite adept at content marketing in building Wordpress based blogs. I use the Adobe Suite CS 3 of programs which includes Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, and InDesign. I took many classes and seminars on the use of these programs and use them in my work all the time.

In my line of work as a Digital Marketer, I am often at the frontline when it comes to creating written content, anywhere from a short synopsis all the way to an advanced guide. I have a special method which I use in assisting my students to see the writing process as something fun and an attainable goal. I’ve worked with students who need to write a simple book report, an essay, all the way to a college thesis. I also can offer great assistance with writing college application essays.
