When Dolores helped me with my business contract assignment for my Graphic Information & Technology class in college, she was very patient with me knowing I had never written a contract before. She also made sure to go over all the details of my assignment regarding the criteria of what was needed, and added some extra things on top to help me better understand how to write contracts. The entire time not only was she helping me complete the assignment, she also took time to get to know me a bit as I explained to her where I was in school right now.
