I’ve developed a strong foundation and unwavering passion for leading others in their journey of learning—whether it is creating a clear, cohesive, and compelling thesis statement - or - expressing your creative muscles through poetry. As 1 of 10 individuals graduating with a Dual Degree in my graduating class, I've written countless argumentative, creative, and academic papers. My interdisciplinary degrees have allowed me to write A+ academic papers for courses in Psychology, Neuroscience, Sociology, Political Science, Urban Studies, Public Health, and Philosophy. My writing experience includes competitive essays that nominated me for the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship and the Fulbright Program. In my free time, I love to run, dance, and practice yoga!

I've guided high-school and college students in building and editing their resumes emphasizing their notable experiences and tailored to their unique career aspirations. Additionally, I've practiced and assisted others in brainstorming, writing, and editing their cover letters into countless jobs. While I've specialized in editing resumes and cover letters of Health, Social Services, Education, Legal, Psychology, History backgrounds, these skills are transferable to other fields as well.

After learning the rich history, practicing the nuanced strategies, and competing in various tournaments of Chess--I've taught children ages 4-14 Beginner and Intermediate levels of Chess at Hindu Learning Center and privately for the past 7 years. Courses span tactics such as forks, pins, discover attacks, and much more.

I've constructed a "College Applications Prep" guidance program, where I help students 1-on-1 with organizing deadlines (Early Decision, Early Action, Regular Decision) as well as brainstorming, editing, proofreading college entrance essays such as the Common App. Building this college application includes resume & activities editing as well as showing admissions "demonstrated interest". Through college, I've coached high schoolers in writing academic honors essays and these college entrance essays pulling from my experience scoring 4s & 5s on AP exams (World History, Art History, Literature, Language & Composition) as well as my own college experience.

As a distinguished admissions tour guide for my college, I've led numerous tours engaging prospective students and parents in the adventurous and exciting chaos of college life. I've also spoken on multiple admissions panels over the 4 years. In 2020, I was the sole recipient of the "Rhodes College Diplomat of the Year" award, where I was recognized for my enthusiasm and dedication in speeches. In 2021, I was invited as the only student guest speaker on a webinar "#StopAsianHate Panel Discussion", where I gave a public speech addressing the history of Asian American violence, as well as providing a call to action for campus activism. As event coordinator for student organizations such as GlobeMed and Kinney Advocacy, I've spearheaded, organized, and facilitated multiple diverse events welcoming 80+ participants from the college and greater Memphis community. Here, I've spoken on international politics, global health, and multicultural issues in public spaces.

As a South Asian woman, I've developed a love for the intimate practices of yoga and meditation. I've practiced and led meditation and mindfulness courses for children as well as first-year college students engaging in practices focusing on reducing stress and anxiety as well as loving, kindness meditation. In 2020, I created a recognized global fellowship project exploring mediation, yoga, healing, and spirituality within diverse geopolitical contexts.

Truly a Hidden Gem -- Incredible Tutor

Vindhyaa has been teaching our daughter for the past 3 years, and we just discovered Wynzant. She has been a HUGE rescue keeping my daughter motivated and ahead of her classes (especially during COVID remote times). She is patient, knowledgeable, and her energy and enthusiasm is just infectious!!! Vindhyaa has been a big role model to my daughter--she loves, respects & idolizes her -- she cannot stop talking about their lessons. Vindhyaa is excellent at making highly complex concepts translate into simple and accessible ideas. She immediately took initiative to design an individualized approach based on our daughter's needs in writing her academic essays for school, and getting all her deadlines for each class/commitment organized in a sustainable way.
