In the past, I have worked as a private tutor with a wide range of students—from those who just need a little push to cross the finish line to those navigating specific learning difficulties. In all of these experiences, the main focus was digging deep with my students to figure out how I could best help them.

I am a current MD/PhD student based in NYC. In the past, I have worked as a private tutor with a wide range of students—from those who just need a little push to cross the finish line to those navigating specific learning difficulties. In all of these experiences, the main focus was digging deep with my students to figure out how I could best help them.
My approach is 100% personal. I believe that everyone’s brain works differently; often, when we face a "wall" in learning, it isn't about a lack of ability—it’s just about the approach. My goal is to help you decode how you learn best and then build a long-term strategy that makes high-level concepts feel intuitive.
Regarding my experience, I graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Chemistry, with a minor in Bioinformatics and Quantitative Biology. After college, I worked in Silicon Valley studying sleep and circadian rhythm as I was curious about pursuing a PhD. During this period, I also became EMT-certified and have experience taking the NREMT. This experience helped to motivate me to pursue medical school. I transitioned to the University of Pennsylvania, where I took graduate-level courses and conducted clinical research for a year. I am now at Hofstra University, pursuing my MD/PhD, and am in the final stages of my studies. I am taking some time off at the moment to work on my residency application and also want to help during this time.
While I have recently served as an adjunct professor and am currently deep in my own medical and research studies, I am truly passionate about giving back. I know how stressful academia can be, and I want to help you navigate it with confidence rather than burnout. Whether we are tackling complex sciences, test-prep strategies, or general study habits, I’m here to be your partner in this journey.
Let’s find the strategy that works for you!
